The Organization of prisons. State Supporting and Nurturing Activities has been formed to administer the affairs of the prisons, detention centers and centers for nurturing and supporting activities and the latter's indusial, agricultural and services affiliated institutions, as well as to provide necessary facilities and possibilities for training, guidance and nurturing; of prisoners, their occupations and teaching crafts to them to assist families of the prisoners to solve their financial and other problems, to prepare statistics and necessary information to be used in the study of criminology, to prepare lists of prisoners eligible for pardon or mitigation of punishments and submission of the lists to the Head of the Judicial Power to propose to the relevant judicial authorities conditional release from prisons and planning to take care of the prisoners after they are released from prisons with the cooperation of the offices concerned. Chief of the Organization shall be assigned for a term of office of 2 years by the Head of the Judicial Power based on the proposal of the State Prosecutor General. and his dismissal will be made by the Head of the Judicial Power.
